Empowered design for empowered women

PANDA – Women Leadership Network is one of Germany’s most established communities for female leaders, driven by the vision of true equality and diversity in leadership. As the network evolved, it was time for a visual identity that reflected its growth and renewed confidence.

I developed a comprehensive brand concept that gave PANDA a modern, mature look — transforming the brand from its former, more playful aesthetic into a visual language that communicates strength, clarity, and purpose. The project included an updated logo, a refined color and typography system, and distinctive graphic elements, all documented in a cohesive brand guide.

Building on this foundation, I created new social media templates and redesigned the entire website — concept, design, and CMS implementation. The new site captures PANDA’s essence: empowering, focused, and future-oriented. It shifts the spotlight back to what truly matters:

“50% women in leadership. That’s our mission.”

The result is a digital home that connects members, inspires new partners, and makes the movement for equality visible in a way that feels both bold and human.
